From the ground up. Heavy duty Rubber bottom based on a goodyear Welt constructed upper. The upper is made from our "Texan leather"tm and lined with a soft and supple leather skin for comfort. Entry comes easy with a metal type zipper that opens the boot right up. The engineer strap across the arch is functional and can be tighened to lock your foot into the cavity of the boot.

Note the toe box is very well supported and is not soft like imitators.
