Shipping & Returns
Your order will be shipped to you within a few days of order receipt, if not sooner. We strive to have all orders to our customers within 2 weeks of order receipt. In case the item is temporarily out of stock please allow extra time for delivery. You will be notified if the item is out of stock and when the estimated shipping date will be. Shipments in Continental USA (lower 48 states) and Canada are subject to flat shipping fee on all orders. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, a standard shipping rate of $40.00 will be charged per item except for socks.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days.
The item must be unused and in the original condition that it was sent.
altimate does not refund any shipping charges for boots returned for any reason unless prior authorization.
All credit Card and Paypal billed to you will show up on your statement processed through Altman International Inc.
All helmet returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise paid with credit card will be credited to your card. Once the item has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception would be the case of a defective product.
Product is to be returned from the USA by USA Postal Service only.
